Terms of use

Anchor3D OS, the internal operations and finance system of Anchor3D, Inc., Austin, Texas. Effective November 4, 2026.

1. What Anchor3D OS is

Anchor3D OS ("the OS") is a private business system built and operated by Anchor3D, Inc. ("Anchor3D", "we") for its own operations: estimating, proposals, jobs, scheduling, time, billing, collections, people and planning. It is not offered to the public, is not sold or licensed to anyone else, and has no customers of its own.

2. Who may use it

Only current employees, officers and engaged contractors of Anchor3D, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary A3D Digital, Inc. may use the OS, and only through the Microsoft 365 account Anchor3D issues them. Access ends when that account is disabled or the person's role in the OS is removed. There is no self-service sign-up.

3. Acceptable use

Use the OS only for Anchor3D's business and within the role you have been given. Do not share your sign-in, attempt to reach records your role does not show you, export business data outside the company's own systems without authorization, or interfere with the service. Anchor3D's employee handbook and confidentiality obligations apply to everything in the OS.

4. Connected services

The OS reads from and, where configured, writes to services Anchor3D already uses: Microsoft 365 (sign-in, SharePoint and Outlook through Microsoft Graph), Intuit QuickBooks Online (the company's accounting records, through Intuit's API under Intuit's own terms), Harvest, and Amazon Web Services for hosting and email. Connecting one of these is done by an owner of Anchor3D, Inc. on the company's behalf and can be disconnected by an owner at any time from the Integrations page, which revokes the OS's access.

5. Ownership of data

Everything held in the OS is Anchor3D's business data and belongs to Anchor3D, Inc. Nothing in these terms gives any user a personal right to it. How personal information is handled is described in the privacy policy.

6. Availability and warranty

The OS is provided to Anchor3D's own people as an internal tool, as is, and may be changed, taken offline or retired at any time. Anchor3D makes no warranty about it to any third party.

7. Changes and governing law

Anchor3D may update these terms; the effective date above changes when it does. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions go to brady.thompson@anchor3dinc.com.
